The Garden Boxx: Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase from The Garden Boxx.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Exceptions include seeds, bulbs, live plants, garlic, and opened seed cells, which are non-returnable.
We make returns simple—no restocking fees, and we’ll even cover the cost of the return shipping label. However, please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our seeds are available for shipping within the United States only. If you use a third-party shipping service (such as a freight forwarder) to send seeds outside the U.S.
